I’m wondering when FB is going to fix this extremely annoying glitch. The Oops message below happens when I want to message someone as an admin of a client page and not myself. 
I can message the person as myself, but that is confusing for the person posting on my client’s page.
Facebook is making some great strides for users and advertisers, but customer service and usability are definitely lacking for any advertiser spending less than $10K a month.
Facebook needs to do a better job of reaching out to the small to mid-size advertiser.
